ZForex provides a free forex signal website and the ZForex Signals Android app. The service shows rule-based forex signal information, notifications, and public result history for research and educational use only.

Information We Process
The app does not ask for broker login details, payment information, or trading account credentials. If you contact support, we may receive the contact details and message content you choose to send.
The app and website may process basic technical information needed to provide the service, such as request time, IP address, device/browser information, app version, error logs, and signal pages visited.
Push Notifications
The Android app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send signal alerts. Users can subscribe to all signal alerts or selected currency-pair topics. Notification preferences are stored on the device. Firebase may process device identifiers and delivery metadata needed to send notifications.
Advertising
The Android app uses Google Mobile Ads SDK / AdMob to display banner ads. Google and its partners may collect or receive data such as the Advertising ID, device information, ad interaction data, and other information needed to serve ads, limit fraud, measure ad performance, and comply with advertising rules.

Third-Party Services
ZForex may use third-party services including Google Play Services, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, hosting providers, and market-data providers. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the signal board, load signal details, send notifications, display ads, improve reliability, prevent abuse, debug errors, and respond to support requests.
Retention and Deletion
Notification topic choices are stored on your device and can be changed or removed in the app. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain records. Server logs and technical records are retained only as needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service operation, then deleted or overwritten according to normal operational cycles.
