These Terms of Service govern your use of ZForex, including the ZForex website, public forex signal pages, API-powered signal data, and the ZForex Signals Android app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ZForex, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, app, signals, alerts, or related services.
2. Educational and Research Use Only
ZForex provides forex signal information, market levels, trade status tracking, and performance history for educational and research purposes only. ZForex does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or brokerage advice.
You are responsible for your own trading decisions. You should evaluate every setup, compare prices with your own broker, and consider your financial situation before taking any action.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Forex trading involves substantial risk. Past performance, backtests, signal history, win rates, pips, or screenshots do not guarantee future results. Signals may win, lose, expire, be delayed, or differ from the prices available on your broker platform.
4. Broker Prices, Spreads, and Execution
Forex prices can vary between brokers and liquidity providers. Spreads can widen during news, market open/close, low-liquidity periods, or fast movement. ZForex is not responsible for differences between posted levels and your broker's execution, fills, slippage, fees, swaps, or trading restrictions.
5. Signal Availability and Accuracy
We try to keep signals, expiry status, and results accurate, but the service may contain errors, delays, missing data, stale prices, or outages. A signal shown as active, filled, closed, expired, or cancelled may change after the system processes updated market data.
6. User Responsibility and Risk
You agree not to trade money you cannot afford to lose. You are solely responsible for position sizing, leverage, risk management, broker selection, order placement, and compliance with laws or regulations in your country.
7. Free Service and Changes
ZForex may be provided free of charge and may change, pause, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time. We may modify signal logic, supported pairs, app behavior, API responses, or public pages without prior notice.
8. Third-Party Services
ZForex may use third-party services such as Google Play Services, Firebase, AdMob, market data providers, hosting providers, analytics, and notification services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape excessively, reverse engineer private systems, bypass security controls, or use ZForex in a way that harms the service or other users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZForex and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, data errors, downtime, app issues, notification delays, broker differences, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
11. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Privacy
Your use of ZForex is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of ZForex after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
